Achievements stored locally on the device are removed from the device when the app is deleted or reinstalled. They cannot be transferred to another device either. Unfortunately, we are unable to help if this is the case.
We recommend using the services of Google (Play games) or Apple (Game Center) instead to back up and restore the achievements in the Cloud. Make sure that you are signed in with the correct Google/Apple ID when you (re)install the app. Once you open the app, the achievements will be loaded automatically.
