Follow these two steps to change the language:
1. Open the settings (gear icon)
2. Tap on the desired country flag
You can choose between English, German, Russian, Spanish, French, Italian, Turkish, Portuguese and Dutch.
Press the red X to close the window. The settings are saved for future games.
